Does anyone know anything about the Demon Six-shooter?
Are all three carbs feeding simutanious or are they progressive?
How much time and effort will be exhausted to keep the carbs up and running properly?
And last and most importantly will it fit under the hood of a 1978 without problems or modifications?

Annie,
I was only able to find this regarding this product. It is very new.

I seems to work like other tri-carb setups, with the center carbs being the primary and the outer carbs coming on as needed.
I don't think that height will be a problem, it looks about the same as a stock setup. Give BG Tach Support a call for the overall dimensions.
Good luck,
Anthony

I thought this looked cool too.
Anyone know what the price is on this setup? Anthony you said that it wouldn't have a clearance problem, did you mean with a standard hood, or a big block hood?
I thought this might be a good alternative to getting a new intake manifold and carb separately. Any comments from the rest of the gang?

It doesnt look like its very tall, air-gap rpm manifold is alot taller than that manifold. I dont think it would be a problem for a stock small block hood. The air cleaner just cant be too tall. Just my 2 cents.

The sales rep stated that these are for 87 and up, and SB only. just my luck I have a 74 BB !

Talked with a Barry Grant rep, Sixpack will fit any conventional engine, he suggested to check hood clearence. You may have to change the distributor too, it depends on what you have.
BTW, they're in the process of making them for BB ! Here we go, more money again.

God thats a lot of money! BUT I WANT IT.
QUESTION: How do you explain (justify) this to the wife.

It sure is a lot of money, but just like you, I want one too !
As for the wife, I don't tell her squat. She can guess all she wants, but as long as she doesn't know exactly the amount I spend, I get to live another day !

Wow thats the same price as a holley or edelbrock complete EFI kit! I personally would do EFI before I went with tri-carbs but again thats my 2 cents!

i concur.. 3 deuces is cool.. but a PITA...
EFI is much more efficient and more powerful..
just remember.. the l-71 had 3x2 the l-88 had 1x4...
remeber that when youre thinking about power production..
and EFI will pimp slap either one..
