Well, last night i ran locally at an 1/8th mile track and i ran slower than what i thought i should run. My times were 10.049, 10.029, 10.117, 10.158, 10.101, 10.036, 10.034. My average 60' times were floating around 2.19. For those wondering, it is an L48 motor...anyone else run at the track and what were your times?....i wasn't really killing it out of the hole for fear of tire spin. The good thing was, it was bracket racing and i went with a 10.00 dial in time, and i won my class none the less. Anybody have an idea as to what that would equate to in the 1/4 mile?....I ran my Grand Prix GT in the 1/4 for the hell of it, and it went 15.6, but i never ran her in the 1/8th, so i dunno...i was hoping to see mid to high 9's with the vette....oh well..

One of these days I'd like to do a run with mine. I'm affraid the times will be really embarrasing!

This winter i plan on doing a nice cam/heads/intake package. I really wanna get the times down to low to mid 13's in the 1/4. I figure 10.0 is floating probably around a 14.7-14.8 range?, but i really have no way to know until i actually run the 1/4 mile...which should be this friday by the way...
