I'm looking for a picture of the "correct" idle solenoid for my 72 Vette with factory A/C to compare. I only recently purchased the car and the seller had no idea what was done to the car before him (he owned it for almost 17 yrs) and there seems to be a lot of mickey mouse things done to the car, which I want to correct.

Vette(s): 1973 Orange Metallic Coupe (orig owner), L82, 4 spd (WR), PS, (A/C & PW (I installed from wrecked 73)), leather, AM/FM Stereo, ran with '65 FI unit earlier & will again some day.

Might get a Factory Assembly Manual (AIM) and a Factory Service Manual. I'll try to check my parts book after the game and see if there's any info there.

Couldn't even find it in the parts book.
Might try to get a look at a NCRS judging manual to see what it says.
