All true...except when it's not!
Higher HP cars do normally have the 4 bolt mains, and they do usually have the larger balancers...unless the block has been changed...or the crank...or the balancer, etc.
The only way to know for SURE is to look at the block with the pan off. Casting numbers don't always assure one of 4 or 2 bolts, either...
If the question is which is better for the application, mouse w/4spd, then of course the 4 bolt IS better, but not always a necessity.
