Looking good Ben!! What was out of alignment? And are you sure that the car you were looking at was a good reference rather than an assembly manual? Tired body bushings and years of stress on fiberglass can make things seem real different...

Yeah the reference car had the correct spacings according to assembly manual. I'd be more than happy at this point to pay some who knows what they are doing to shim and bond. I've been stuck here for over a month and I know what I don't know.

I am going to load the car up this weekend and haul it up to the body shop on Monday.

I don't want to be that guy,But
Is your car like my 81 with half shafts. I looked and man you did alot of work. Way more than I could do. Anyway have you done your rear wheel bearing. All the corvette people never check them or just don't care.
Not trying to be smart ass. I just want every body to be safe.
Your new friend I hope CHARLIE

Cool, wish I did mine first. And I should have known better. Now I have a break in my fiberglass about 10 iches long.
And no I cant fix it. Most people dont see it but I know its there Boy you sure took yours apart. I didn't want one to fix. I got mine as a turn key car, did the rear u-joints and it went right through state inspection. It only had 53000 miles on it. Its also my only car. it look just like Dans
