Just thinking of doing this to my C6, NOT!!! what will they think of next?
I know GM did like 5 Corvette's in 1980 that had 4 doors, but this is stretching it abit.

Look at the very bottom corvette.

To each his own, I guess.  Personally, I don't care much for it. Thumbs%20Down   Looks way too long and like someone tried to make it into a limo.  After all, its supposed to be AMERICA's SPORTS CAR.

My question would be..."Why bother?"

They (GM management) tried to make a four-seat Mid Year at one point, against the advice of Zora, and many others. Luckily, it was so ugly, the idea was dropped rather quickly.

Vette(s): 1978 25 anniversary blue on blue with T-tops.
yep a little odd but I would take it for a spin. Just to say I had drove it. Yaknow I beleive Shaq had a lambo streched so he could drive it easier. I just wish there was a bit more storage in mine. Its kinda hard to cram a wheelchair in the back.lol williammoore22009-01-03 22:42:36

I know for me that there has been many times that I have been quite happy that my Vette has only enough room for one passenger. Kinda nice in particular circumstances to be able to say "Sorry, I've Only Got One Seat!"

I can state for a fact, that you can get 4 people into a Shark...I did it years ago(mid '70s): 2 fellers, two felletts, 120 mile round trip...nice and cozy...

Of course, I were a bit smaller in size way back then...

Naw...a 4-door ain't the way to go on a Corvette...no way, no how...

There were my friend and two girls in it. The badge checked out the girls with his flashlight, then asked "If there was any room in there for him." I slowly looked around the front (where we all were), then in back, then said; "Naw I don't think so!" He then instructed me to vacate the vehicle and proceed back to his car. He then gave me a bogus speeding ticket..............man!
