If this is an extremely original car and that is a big IF, I have seen 72 Conv. Big Block Cars go for no less than 35k. NCRS Bloomington Gold Roadsters with big block and A/C are going for 40k plus! Super clean low mileage big block roadster C3s with air and 4 speed are going for mid to high 40ks.
The 1970 big block cars are the most desirable except for the ZR2 racing package offerred in 71 and there is one I just saw listed (They only made 12) for $325,000! Chrome bumper cars have appreciated at a higher percentage than C2s over the last 2 - 5 years.
If the car is super clean and extremely original throughout figure around mid to high 30ks in my opinion based on what I have been seeing. The big block C3 bumper cars went up so fast I ended up buying a matching numbers 70 350/350 Roadster.
A lot of people are of the opinion that the bumper cars were the last of the real enthusiast type Vettes. Especially the 68 - 70 because of the factory performance not yet compromised by EPA regulations.
Good Luck! Hope this helps.
