I'd like a 79. I really would. How much?

Mike,
Since you collect all the stuff with the 8-9's, did you get your hands on the dealer posters? I was able to get the 78's. Here are some pictures of what they look like.

I have about 20 '78 dealer brochures (all in very good "27 year old condition") that I bought at a literature auction for $8.00. I will happily send one to anyone who wants one, for free. I prefer they go to actual owners of '78s though, so here's how I'll work it.
Send me an e-mail to redvet@comcast.net and tell me what car(s) you have (better yet, attach a picture if you can). I'll collect the responses for about two weeks. The owners of '78s will receive preferential treatment on a first come/first served basis. I will respond to all of the e-mails letting all know who will get one/who might not. In that e-mail, I will give you my home address and tell you to send me a self addressed 9" by 12" "booklet style" envelope with three 37 cent stamps on it. I'll put the brochure in the mail to you in it. If less than 20 '78 owners ask, I will then send out the rest to the others who asked, also on a first come first serverd basis.
When my uncle ordered the vette in Utah it arrived in late December and around the time a big snow storm hit and it sat roped off in the show room for a couple of months with a big SOLD sign in the window. Since the dealer sold a bunch of cars from his sitting in the showroom, they gave my uncle pretty much all the original dealer materials. Lucky for Bradshaw Chevrolet and me!
