I have a 78 L82 auto......label on door jamb says it came equipped with 255/60R15s.....why do this tire size not appear on list of available options in the data section ?....were they part of a packge...??

Vette(s): 1978 Silver Anniversary L82 4spd (M21) Red Leather. Pace Car is in the hands of a new caretaker.
Corvette Black Book shows that size as option "QBS" at $216.32
Standard tire was P225-70R15
Your front wheel well lips should be slightly trimmed (from the factory) going down to the front when the car comes with that size tire.

wheel wells are trimed.......the car came with this tire from the factory.....

bought this car a yr ago.....just trying to research it and learn as much as i can about it. Its a legit 30k miles car....pretty much a survivor.....S/A paint...L82 auto....a/c...p/w...p/l....t/t....c/c....am/fm cb....r.w def/....pwr antenna.....rear cargo cover....
