Your's could be either the stalk(handle) about to break, as above, or it could be the plastic in the turn sig. switch has deformed, or is damaged.

[/QUOTE] I'd agree probably with the innerds of the switch being deformed after years of use. Sounds like maybe the "key" on the lever has been digging into the plastic. I'm wondering if Dwertz's new lever will be tight after replacing it or if the switch will need replacing, too. Mike
