Since there has been a big interest in the up-for-sale astronaut Corvette in another thread, I tried to dig out some pics of Alan Bean's old '69, now owned by Danny Reed in Austin, Tx. Alan was the Lunar Module pilot for the Apollo 12 flight to the moon, and was the 4th man to walk on the moon.
Anyway...I'm still diggin for other pics I have of the car, but for now...here's a couple. I have pics of the interior, engine compartment, closeups of the NASA decals on the windshield...all buried somewhere in a box around here...
