I have just moved to AZ (Gilbert) and was wondering if there are (a) members close by that might be interested in meeting for a beer and chat sometime, also if (b) any AZ member can make recommendations of local suppliers etc in this area.

You can do a member search by zip code to find folks near you.  A link on the 'Community' tab/page labeled "Member Search" has a link for the zip code search.  Or you can click here for it.
