Vette(s): 1969 Daytona Yellow Coupe - ZZ4/4 speed, Hurst shifter, Griffin aluminum radiator w/ Dual Spals, March Serpentine Pulley kit, Hookers with STS Racing Baffles, VB&P Suspension bits, 17" AR Hopsters, L-88 Hood
I'm sure more then one Vette was destroyed last week, but a member at CF saw this in Biloxi and took pics. Notice how the front end is history but the chrome bumper remains

Looking at some of the claims we've gotten in, geez there was some nice iron lost. My heartbreak was a trio of a Rolls SIlver Cloud that is/was under 9 feet of water, a Shelby kit w/a 427 side oiler and a 69 Boss.. My hunch is the hood is so close because it didnt become detached when the front end let go and they needed it off to see if theres a flamible leaking. 20 gals of petro means a different process - or - they needed to check the cabin for occupants and it was in the way and removed.. Cat duty sucks, I havent got called for this one yet..

Parts car for sure. My evacuation plan calls for the Vette and the HArley to be in tow headed as far from the storm as possible.
