I was just wondering if everyone is still using this on their stock manifolds.
I have been using it and have been real happy with it.

Do the manifolds need to be super clean the first time when appling it or can you have some slight surface rust?  Looks like a good product.

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.

I bought some along time ago and it worked real well. I just am not good about putting it on every spring but it does hold up and no you do not have to remove the surface rust first. It is a paste and wipes on with a soft rag.

We carry the Seymour High Temp Cast Blast in aerosol cans.  It too is easy to use and lasts a long time.

The manifold dressing stuff looks good but some don't cure and can dress YOU when working around the manifolds. Check that out first. I', a big fan of the POR15 products.

Thanks everyone and for the different ideas.   Really apprec.

One advantage I think I see with Calyx, I was able to put it on without removing the manifold.  I used my finger to apply and "work in".  I used a wire brush to prepare the surface.   I paid 16.95 + 5.50 S/H about 2 years ago.

I will try to take a picture.  Anybody have pictures of the other products actually on their manifolds?

Good stuff I use it. Just FYI it works well on the bottom half of that old ugly master cylinder too.
