Can you give us some more detail?
What exactly are you doing, and what were you doing leading up to the "lock up"?
Also, what operating system, internet browser and version are you using?

HERE GOES. AT WORK I USE NETSCAPE V.3 OR BETTER. AT HOME I HAVE NETSCAPE 5. TODAY, WHEN I GO TO ADD THE VIN #, THE SYSTEM SENDS ME BACK TO THE START PAGE AND SAYS YOU ARE EDITING *IS A REQUIRED FIELD.

When you first go to the Register Your C3 page, do you select "Add New..." from the "2) Vette Info - Start Here>>>" box?

I seemed to always have problems using Netscape with this site so I finally gave up and started using IE5. Now everything works. May not be your fix, but it does not hurt to try it.
HEY JOE, NOT VERY NICE
OK, NOW ADAM. I GO TO 2) VETTE INFO START HERE >>> AND CLICK ON THE ADD NEW & ENTER. AFTER IT THINKS FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES, IT RETURNS ME TO HOME. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE IT STATES "YOUR ARE CURRENTLY EDITING A VETTE IN THE REGISTRY *ITEMS ARE REQUIRED. THEN I GET AT MESSAGE THAT "THE FIRST VIN OR ADD NEW OPTION IS NOT A VALID SELECTION. NOW WHERE DO I GO???

Do you have Microsoft Internet Explorer on your machine?
If so, can you try it with that and see what happens?
Thanks!
