Vette(s): 1971 Conv. Red/Red with White top. Base 350, 4 speed, PS/PB, AC, Tilt/Tel, Hard Top. Factory Side Pipes. ( I know its not stock, but I always wanted a car with side pipes)
I just can't wait. Starting this month I am getting my old no space, or room to move garage knocked down. In its place I'm getting a oversized new one with work space. I can't wait!! I told my wife that I was going to tile the floor in black and white checkerboard. She thinks I'm a little nuts, but she'll let me do it. Any one else think thats a little nuts? |sommersalt|

I told my wife that as soon as the newly remodelled kitchen is payed off, I,m adding on to the garage. The white princess deserves a better winter home then a storage bin. |wink|

Tony,
I don't think that is such a crazy idea.. |cool| |wink|

But then again I may be biased, I took this photo before I finished the tile. The tile now extends all the way upto the front of the garage. Ma's side got a fresh coat of battle ship grey concrete paint |smile|

Hey Bud, looks great.....My Vette is in a large parking garage in a downtown complex, my options are limited. But, I was able to secure a spot that is isolated from the rest. I do have carpet on the flooring and orange cones all around it. Neighbors think I'm nuts. The best part is, we do have 24 hr security and a camera overlooks my spot. I'm on first name basis with the security personnel. |cool|

My '69 has been living outside under a cover for the past two years |frown| but
next month my 24x40 garage gets started. So, hopefully by the middle of May, my
baby will be warm and dry in the winter
|smile|
I just hope with 3 cars, the garage will be big enough. The tile sounds like a
plan, well at lease for the Vette's bay anyhow.
