What a drag!  Man, I hope that never happens to me!  The closest I came to scuffing the paint was when I fell off the step stool trying to put a tennnis ball stopper over it to know where to park.  Luckily the Nissan took the abuse instead of the Vette!

We're pulling for you.  Keep us up to speed on the repairs and maybe we'll all crack a beer (or soda for those who don't drink) to you when you're done!

I got the perrrrrfect solution, don't take 'em down after Christmas! I have friends in So. Cal, that have a 63 split and a C1, can't remember the year rite now. One of the bader earthquakes caused a jack stand to fall off a hanger on the wall and messed up the C1. They weren't very happy either. Hope your blood pressure went down by now.
