Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.
Have been with Hagerty's going on my second year now. Grundy's, Hagerty's, American Classics, there's a bunch of them out there. Personal preference is what it boils down to and who'll give you the best quote. I like the fact that you can file a claim on line with Hagerty's and the Protection Network (HPN) is pretty sweet as well.

Had the Vette insured with Farmer's for the first couple years, and even as a luxury car I was paying close to $600.00 every six months with them, now I pay a little over $200.00 a year for the same coverage and restrictions.

Whichever company you choose I'm sure will be just fine.

We are with JC Taylor. The 75 vert. at $108.00/yr and the 78 Mod @ $310.00 The 78 is much more because they saw the side pipes in the photos and is considered modified. Declared valve is very important. Also attendence policy! I have read where some folks cars have been stolen, and thier insurance co. would not pay.Claiming that the car must be in a locked garage. and when on the street you must attend the car at all times. That sounds pretty lame. |headscratch|

I have Classic Automobile Insurance for the last 2 years, never had a claim. But asked them to increase my agreed value this year, I sent photos and value guide prices and they increase my agreed value with no hassle.
