I received a flyer in the mail yesterday with a Reservation Application.  No where on the flyer was there price and shipping cost information.  I went to the website where they clearly had that information, so I ordered one for myself and one for a gifting opportunity.

When I checked in to C3VR I see that it was linked from this site to Bradford Exchange and the purchase information was available.

So I have two on the way, but found it odd that they are sending out Reservation Applications when you can buy them direct........HUMMMMMMMMMM!

That's just how the Bradford Exchange works.  They try to make you feel like you're getting a limited edition.  Maybe you are, maybe you aren't.  I bought a cat plate from them once for my Mother.  Never heard of steins, maybe I'll get the offer too.  We have a small stein collection on the plate rail in the dining room.

Only the shadow knows.

If you are talking about the stein I think you are, the price was on the letter that came with the "Reserve" notice.  The place in Niles IL.  I got the same thing!!

$100?!? Shocked
No thanks....$30....maybe....Ermm

And, before my haid spins 'round & 'round, and pea soup comes spewing outta me pie-hole, I just gotta correct this particular statement from Bradbury Ex......."From the debut polo white convertible designed by Harley Earle in 1953".

Yeeeesh.....get yer facts straight.....Harley Earl did NOT design the '53 Corvette. It was his idea to do it, but he did not draw a single line for the car. The styling division at Chevrolet did the design work, with the lead design coming from Robert McClean, and the chassis design came from Maurice Olley....

Otay...rant over....LOL

If you go to the BradfordExchange.com and search on vettestein it  is only $79 plus shipping showing that Amazon may be convenient but not cheaper.

Cool now I know what makes it special........it's incorrect!  Anyway already order 2
