It's hard to pic a category on this one, but I think "General Discussion" will do!Wink

A few years ago I heard that Gibson was making some Corvette guitars and a whole series was going to follow.

Today I stumbled across this website and it says they would make a '74 (in which I would be interested in...).

This article was written in 1995.

And this one was in 2003.

You guys know if it was ever made ?

I guess I could contact Gibson directly, but I figured I would get a faster response over here...LOL

Gibson has made many "Corvette" axes in the past, and the "Custom Shop" still does. I think PRS(Paul Reed Smith) makes one, also.
Holler at Kebo(Kevin)...this is what he does for fun, and a little cash! You can also check out his WEB SITE

Joel is right--Paul Reed Smith (better known as PRS) Guitars does indeed make a "Corvette guitar". It's based around the C6, however. Like Gibson, they also have a Custom Shop (just like Fender does, for that matter)--so if you threw enough money their way...read: LOTS!...they might make you one with the C3 logo. Never hurts to ask. PRS axes are beautiful and play really well--but they ain't cheap. But then again, nothing associated with our cars is!
