Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

i just went to http://www.tailgunnertrailers.com and nothing all i got was that it is for sale, does not sound good. opnly way would to know some one who has one or get a name and try searching that way, maybe they are still in business just not big enough to keep up with advertising cost, i know about that with my daughter's business, i used to see an ad for them in some of the auto books, corvette trader? corvette fever?  i'll keep my eye open for ya.

Check THIS out! Not exactly a Shark, but, they may have something available. Maybe you could contact them?

I checked with this guy. Send him a picture and he'll make it look just like your car. He quoted me $2750 (approximately) but does NOT deliver or ship. He will arrange for shipping - for an additional fee, of course. I'm thinking about one for my C5 - just seems a bit pricey and I would have to go to AL get it.

Still liked what TailGunner Trailers was making - shame they went out of business. StingrayJim checked for me and their building id EMPTY. BUMMER!!

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!

If you tell me what you want, and supply the parts and materials, plus a bit of labor cost, I will build it for you.  This can be fairly cheap, or very expensive.   I don't have the molds to build them like in the pictures, but can convert a trailer to hold an actual rear clip for a body supplier.  You can use the same wheel you have on the car now.  Paint can match.  Trim can match.  Just depends on how far you want to go.  Many of the body panels and shells are available.  I may need to make some components.  Not a problem.   I just need to know so I can do the work before winter, our you need to wait to next spring.

Just a thought.

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses. 2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
I know this is an older post, but I kept meaning to post these pictures I took at Carlisle this year so here they are...

Not the most professional job (the gas fill door looked like it was covered with tape and then painted), but maybe it was a work in progress.  REgardless, it certainly got me thinking!  The one thing I don't like about my car is that there's NO ROOM!!  I never have been able to pack lightly, and it's difficult for me to get what I need in the car for a trip.

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
