I am doing a body off on my 80 which is perched on a home built dolly that's about 34" off the ground. I needed to get a part and ducked under the body to get it and sure enough I came up short did a nice gouge job on my poor head.

Blood everywhere, Grams is saying I need to go to ER, Sister in law screaming about all the blood and making puking sounds, and the dog wants it's belly rubbed. I swear women don't get it. Got it cleaned up and I said it will scab over in the am. Went back to work on the car within 45 minutes and kept at it for 2.5 hrs. more. If you own a vette you gotta be tough......and have some leftover pain meds too.
Man I'm losing some hair too. Dang it all.

I feel for ya! I've found as I get older that it hurts more when I bust a knuckle and the pain lasts longer as well.

Man that looked painful........
I put a couple of good scabs on my bald-a## head thanks to the motor mount perches on the frame, not to mention when the lower A-arm slipped out of my hand & nearly knocked me out.
Way to get back under there & get right back to work. Our love of these cars is something that "most" women will never understand.
Good luck,
Anthony
That is the good thing about going bald, it is easier to clean up those cuts to the scalp. glad to hear you are okay, that some body else keeps leftover pain pills, and that there are other bald vette owners.
Sorry to hear about your accident, but what does this have to do with Classic Corvette Extravaganza?
