Vette(s): 1982CE,32,000 and counting. (fast!!) 1981 Vette, black on black. ZZ4 (quick!!)
If you live down here in the deep south you use them all the time. We don't have a winter down here and it's the only time when humidty levels are low(kinda)I have to use them. When they turn gray take them out and into a warm oven. I put mine in the warming tray. You can re-use them a few times but they don't last forever. I get mine form a marine place. That bass store place should have them. We couldn't get buy without them down here. I can't say enough about them. I throw them in the Camaro and Vette eventhough They are both driven year round.

[QUOTE=dwright]If you are going to tarp it, watch out for the  Censored mice.
They will be looking for a nice warm, dark, safe location to spend the winter.

Not to wander to far off the subject. Speaking of mice & car storage...I been using dryer sheets strategically placed in my cars with great success. I believe there was talk of using dryer sheets here awhile ago.

I also get a couple cans of Castle brand silicone spray and coat the bottom of the cars. Just not the exhaust. That will help curb any corrosion from moisture build up.
