It was a lovely drive this morning here in Oklahoma City. I do need a cup holder for my coffee. The girls at starbucks like a nice Corvette. Have fun everybody.

Even though I drive to work most of the time (weather permitting, of course), I still look forward to this day every year (which happens to be 2 days before "her" birthday). Hopefully, I get to wave to other Vetteheads.
WX is about 100 today with even higher heat index. So what??!! Tops off and go for it.

Have a great one all!
Rain, on and off chance of severe storm, with the high heat we have been getting could be a doozie

'Tis a glorius day here in the upper midwest...still left the Corvette in the garage today
...have had way too many encounters over the last few weeks with drivers on cell phones, text messengers and make-up artists...hang up and drive!
...texting while driving is illegal here in Minnesota
...put on your bleeping make-up at home!
....planning on a cruise tomorrow with Classic Corvettes of MN
into scenic western Wisconsin along the Mississippi river and on to Hastings MN for hot rod Saturday night...hope to hook up with Norsky
...should be most excellent! sundew 2009-06-26 10:26:00

There is no substitute for low end torque!
Well I did drive the Pacer today and even got my muffler fixed for free
A local merchant came into the P.O. I save him $3.00 and he tack welded my muffler back in place for nothing. I'm looking forward to the drive home

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
The car's been in the shop getting the exhaust re-done. They didn't have it done yesterday, but called early this morning to say it was done. Being a slow day, I took a long lunch and went and got it and drove it back to work.
Didn't see a single other Vette on the road from any generation.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
