Well, I found a great use for Duct Tape to fix my poop-on.........see below:

That telephone pole that jumped behind me cracked the fiber glass a little on the top of the "flip." Ouch I think this will hold till I get back from Eureka Springs.  Don't want that crack getting bigger.  Got it pretty straight on there, huh?  I put my tail lights in while I was workin on her and took off the bubble lights.

I think that 100-MPH tape might just add about 5 or 10 HP LOL

Well Mick, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Any port in a storm.  Sorry we won't see you at Eureka Springs.  We have a family committment in Springfield, MO that weekend.  I finished the car so that we could go this year and then things jump up.  There will be about 40 Vettes from the Mid Missouri area in attendance.  If you see a black 65 roadster, stinger hood with a blue stripe, cragers, side exhaust, Missouri plate Outlaw 1, that's a good friend of mine and car club member (Steve Hager).  If you want to mess with his head step up and tell him Jim Mead says Hi.  You will baffle him.  Enjoy Eureka Springs.  We will be there next year, come hell or high water.

I love the Possum Lodge guys!!

Mickster...that should hold just fine. That crack doesn't look to be all that bad, but wind rushing up under the rear of the car while driving may effect it, as will just the normal vibrations of the fiberglass back there. The tape is a good idea, no matter what it looks like. Adams' Apple2007-09-28 06:42:47

If that don't hold, get a yard of FG cloth and some resin to slap on there, Mrs. Bubba.

Maybe a piece of plywood and few wood screws just to be sure.Rolling%20On%20The%20Floor%20Laughing

Actually, i think that if you used Black tape, and put it all the way across, it would look better.  I am glad to see that you are not letting it get in the way of your pleasure, hope you enjoy Eureka.
