started out to put chrome water pump on my 75 and one thing led to
another. wound up putting new radiator and dual fans. as usual after i
get half way thru, i realize someone used a makeshift rubber piece for
top bracket so of course i ordered one and had to wait. wound up
replacing headers, installed new spark plugs, installed chrome power
steering pump, and chrome mini-starter and then had to get some stuff
around house done before the missus started to yell at me.
well last weekend i got back into it as even tho i have the 90, i still miss the 75. finished mounting radiator and wiring the fans. also installed new chrome valve covers and started to replace plug wires. only thing i have to finish is installing plug wires, connecting starter, hooking up right side header, and replacing the rubber fuel lines in front to the fuel pump and then should be able to crank her up and take it for a cruise.

Geez...is that all you've gotten done?!? What the heck is taking so long?!
The old "While I'm here" disease has taken hold, has it?

Sure sounds nice Dave. I know what you mean, Every time I upgrade for something nice looking it kinda chain reacts, but I'm alot slower on the follow ups. they're on my "to do" list

yeah, i kinda got carried away with the chrome but as a wise man said
here one time, it sure is nice opening the hood and see it smiling back
at you
. joel you certainly are a slave driver
.
probably not going to win any awards but just dressing it up a bit.
still a lot more has to be done as is the usual case but i want to get
it out on the road and enjoy some cruising it. then i will be tinkering
on it with some little things until it's time for it to go back into
hibernation for the big stuff.
