Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79
Wow |eek|
That's a big picture!
You might want to scale that down if you want people running 800x600 to see that all on one screenful!
But, yes...it worked! |grins|

Mr69Vette
You'll love this story about my sidepipes. I wanted them for awhile, but were just a bit to pricy. I was at a small car show with my car and this guy comes up and say's how much he liked my car. Got to talkin' and he said he just spent $30,000 to get his 69 restored. Put the sidedpipes on and didn't like the sound. (to loud for him). Want to know if I was interested? A few days later I drive out to his house, checked out his car (really nice). Well he pulls out the SS pipes and covers. Maybe 200 miles on them at the most. Then this is the good part! He wants only $250 for every thing!!!!! He had no idea what they were worth as he had the money and just paid people to do his Vette. I couldn't get the money out of my pocket fast enough. Drove the 25 miles home smiling the whole way. Now their on my car and I'm loving them!

Tony that is felony theft you know!!! I sure hope those are not the factory original alunminum covers, and they are the fiberglass ones. Yes I like the story. Do you have them hooked to factory exhaust manifolds or are they off of headers? Mine are off headers, I purchased the whole system I think it was like 900almost 3 years ago, and I like yourself love them |grins| |grins| |grins|

Yes they are hooked up to the factory manifolds. They are the fiberglass after market covers that I painted to look like stock. I do have the factory alum. ones, but I need the center sections. I have NOS end pieces still in GM boxes and insulators. Anyone have center sections for sale?
