That would be the headlights, but don't they work off the vaccum system. Some dealers just don't know what they are talking about

They sure shot a lot of picture's of the tires. 
By looking at the carpet, it I think it has more miles on it than stated. Not too bad otherwise. I would ask the seller to send you some extra pic's to see what it looks like underneath.
