Took your advice to heart...found out she handles great up to 90+...then it feels like the front wheels start to dance like they are on ice. Shocked

If she dances at 90, something is wrong.  You may want to check out he front end components, tires, and alignment.    It could even be a problem in the rear.  Even at 100 it should be as stable as a rock.
 
Of course that speed does cut your mileage.   BUT IT"S A VETTE!!!!  I worry about mileage in my Tempo and Caravan.   In the Vette, I just smile!
