Vette(s): 1981 Charcoal Met., Silver Interior, Gymkhana Suspension, 27K original miles. It's my daily driver.
The wife and I are going on a road trip tomorrow to go by 3 used car dealers to look for a replacement for my totaled 81'. Just wanted to know if anyone has had any dealings with any of these 3 places. Hobby Car Clrvettes in Martinsberg, Pa., Valley Auto in Bedford, Pa., or Autosport in Indiana, Pa.? Looked online and they have some that are interesting. But I have found out that you have to go look in person as pictures don't tell the whole story. Thanks, Tom & Beth

You might want to print a copy or two of our friends over at CAC's checklist. It is a great help to remind you what to look for when making a purchase.

Tom - I would check out Contes (contes.com). There somewhat in the neighborhood. I've met Joe and seen his cars. All nice stuff...
Tom, We bought our '79 at Stoudt Auto Sales in Reading, PA. They're pretty reasonable and they seem to be pretty fair.
