I've just completed a resto of the interior. I've taken the car out a few times and all is wonderful until I shut her off... Then after about 45 seconds its off, the wiper door opens. It sounds like a vacuum leak but I can’t determine where to start looking.. Any ideas?

Vette(s): 1972 Coupe Anything, but Stock and more mods to come! SSBC Force 10 Brakes, 3.73, TH350, 355 CID, Rack and Pinion, Vette Brakes suspension front and rear.

Sounds like a one way check valve is not working.  There has to be some vacuum pulse coming from somewhere within the system to cause the door to just open up.  The only sure way is to use vacuum tester to test each area.  You can get one at an auto parts store for about 30 bucks.  I think some even have them on the loan a tool program.
