I assume she's gone to the Anderson's shop? That'w where you're having the work done, right?
Yes, she went to Chuck and David Anderson's shop - Automotive Performance in Ft. Worth. I know they will do an excellent job - and NCRS job....
Mick, I see it this way your over the top of the hill and the rest is a coast, you found the parts, you found the repair shop. All the ground work had to happen and it did.
....gonna slide down hill.........
Poop is at the top and is guna slide down hill, why does that sound so familiar?
You should be jumpin up and down like xmas is here...just some assembly required......Don't woory be happy! don't cha no girl.

I think I'm more depressed on "how much is this all gonna cost." Actually, I'm very thankful to own such a piece of history and I respect that a lot. Shoot, there's a lot of folks out there that would love to own an old vette but will never be able to. I thank God everyday I wake up, it beats being underground....
I know it's silly gettin' all sad seeing her on the tow truck (thank God she's not in a junk yard for corvettes) and she'll be better when I get her back. I just couldn't believe I FINALLY got that phone call that they were ready to work on her.

You still have Otis.

You are sooo right about Corvette wrecking yards. We have one here in the Twin Cities and it is the most depressing place I have ever seen!

I feel for ya. In no time poop will be back
. Us guys up north have to put ours away for hibernation. All we can do is go out and sit in them and pretend of warm sunny days to come

Micki, I feel your pain. I've got both of mine down. I know what you are going through. Maybe you can do what I do and thats listening to Boston, ACDC (I just got Black Ice) The Beatles White album comes to mind. You might want to throw in a little ELO. You know that our music tastes are the same. However I'd start with Boston and for me I remember that I do have 2 Vettes, there not dead they just don't feel very well right now.
Hey, I loves ya just the same!!!

Ok, I took your advice!
Popped a couple of ACDC & Boston CD's in the C5's (Otis) CD player, turned it up and jammed to all my errands. Got a job tomorrow evening for Haller-Ween so I need to come up with some more good CD's!
