Now that I found my 1978 Pace car, I need to get her home. Can anybody recommendation a transport company. I need to go from

You can check with a local towing company, they may be able to flatbed it. I did this when I had a towing service, I would haul dealer trades and others all over Texas, figure about 2 dollars a mile maybe and that should be about right. Make sure they are a good company.
Bob - Few things... Hemmings has lots of info on this. If you need a great and I mean GREAT Vette mechainc in the neighborhood, let me know. I use Allens Performance, I'm friends with the guys and they are total lick azz, master SAE mechanics who know C3's.. ENJOY!
Bob - I would also call Jays towing in S. Brunswick. When I need a strecher, they are reasonable and VERY carefull
