Paul, i just might need your help. I've got her in the garage under a cover. next week i need to check all safety issues, brakes, steering, tires. Looking forward to meeting you and crusing around!

So, did the car meet your expectations? Had you seen it before?

74 coupe 4 speed 350, 54K actual miles,
all original; paint, interior, engine,
split bumper. #'s match. 2nd owner, no stress cracks.
So far I'm happy, When I was checking it out I didn't notice some dry rot on the tires, my bad. But overall she looks good and what I expected. My plan of attack is 1) safety check (brakes, steering, fluids). 2) maintenance issues (tuneup, oil change, trans fluid change) 3) appearance (pinstriping needs to be replaced, replace carpet). It was has a short somewhere. When the high beams are on, I lose the low and high beams. I'll be posting for help with that issue shortly.
