Vette(s): 1972 conv., sunfire yellow, blk interior, blk vinyl and convertible top. Off frame restoration with American Speed 383 stroker engine producing 500hp plus a 200hp NOS system. MSD ignition. Hooker super competition headers with chambered exhaust.
Congratulations Jeff.
There's no better color combo than silver with red interior, not to mentiom the L82 with a 4 speed. Enjoy the ride.

okay the good the bad and the ugly. the good is a great find on a great vette, the bad, no pics and a slam on us twin chromers, the ugly, the fact that you have this prefect vette and a perfect granchild and a prefect website of vette head addictions and you are still showing as a trial member come on man you are as hooked on these babys as the rest of us so lets belly up to the stick shift and fork out the ten spot for some serious picture space. thank thank thank you. LOL hey just kidding about that last spot, nice find, man.

Jeff -- Congrats, my man! These guys are all right; you'll not regret this purchase. Sounds like you found an absolute keeper. As for the bumper car comment, we are ALL C3ers and your vintage just doesn't matter! Now the HP is another question!!

But a shark is a shark. So follow Dr. Larry's sage advice and go for the membership. You have no excuses anymore.
Post photos ASAP.

Great find! I love my 78 SA, and you will love yours more everyday. If anything comes up that you need advise on, and it will, this is the forum for it. The moto for c3vr should be the same as Home Depot.... "you can do it, we can help.

Jeff:
Finding any 78's etc with a 4 speed is NOT easy, finding one with
an L-82 and the 4 speed is well...not even close to being easy...
You picked up a nice car ... ConGrads

I musta missed the "slam" on the bumper cars...
A Corvette is a Corvette....period. Some of us happen to have chromies, some rubber baby buggy bumpers...So?
Congrats again on the great find/purchase!!! You will LOVE it!
'sides that...all of us with C4-5-6 cars have rubber bumpies, too!
