Congrats!!!! and Good Luck.
Sounds like you did your homework and waited for the right one to come along. I had a 86 Conv a long time ago, only 1600 made with the pace car stuff, anyway sold her in a Blizzard. Must be the snow that brings us out.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

GREAT NEWS!!! As you can tell, some of us are very happy for you.
JUST KIDDING! WOW! We're all thrilled. Knowing that a Vette is in the hands of an enthusiast and not just sitting in some garage is always good news!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
[QUOTE=1BadLT1]okay the good the bad and the ugly. the good is a great find on a great vette, the bad, no pics and a slam on us twin chromers, the ugly, the fact that you have this prefect vette and a perfect granchild and a prefect website of vette head addictions and you are still showing as a trial member come on man you are as hooked on these babys as the rest of us so lets belly up to the stick shift and fork out the ten spot for some serious picture space. thank thank thank you. LOL hey just kidding about that last spot, nice find, man.

Sorry about that, I didn't mean to hurt the feelings of you chrome bumber guys. It's just that up here in Maine the fast back window makes much more sense. When out riding with the family, you know, wife and dog, it's kind of tight in the front so I wanted the wife to have as much room as possible in the back.

Also, I been planning on upgrading the membership all along, I was just waiting to get a car, so it will be done ASAP now. Actually, I'm gonna hit you guys up on that one, with a promise to do the same for someone in the future.
Pictures are coming soon. We have had rain, snow, winds and floods here and I hope to get the car home soon. Also, no internet, I had to go to the library in the next town.
