My thoughts....
For that kind of $$$, seems like they could have spent a little time grinding down the nasty welds on them huge sewer pipes coming out of the fenders.
Looks like they spent all of the $$$$ on the engine/chassis/drivetrain, and left nothing for the interior. IMHO, the interior is just plain goofy. Look at where the sound system wound up.
The paint/body is nice. The only problem I would have with it is the stripe is NOT laid out right...it is just one solid width all the way front to back. Looking dead on from the front, it just looks silly. A stripe like that should have differing widths as it goes up over the hood, top, and then down the back, so it looks normal...it's an "optical illusion" trick most custom painters know about....apparently, these guys don't. So... I like the paint/body, but
on the stripe.
And, what the f is that crap on the driver side b pillar???
A can opener, maybe? Something one of the guys found laying around the shop and said, "Hey....lets stick this thang on it somers..."???
Overall, the car is pretty kewl, but the interior, pipes, and other silly add-on crap just ruins it for me. $300,000???? Not....

The pipes are sloppy and I don't like the stripe down the middle either. I would never pay what they want for that car......they are crazy!
I rather enjoy the one I have, even if she's just a Plain Jane.

Saw the real "Killer" at the 50th in '03. Former member Chris McDonald did a fantastic job of bringing back a basketcase '69 to an award winner. It has been on the cover of at least couple of catalogs so I know a lot of you have seen it. Awesome car and a nice guy too!
If I could afford 300K for a toy, I could fix those horrible side pipes, change the striping and do something about the interior...but then for 300K I could have a frame off restored '57 and a new ZR-1...
There is no substitute for low end torque!
