Okay its 17 degrees outside with about 6" or so of snow layin around so my minds a wanderin. If you could cruise the highways anywhere in the world where would ya go.Keep in mind you are in yer vette.
Me, I would be cruisin the streets around Bradentown / St. Pete / Siesta Key Fla. Only because I know the area well and don't live there. I would absolutely love to be able to cruise the beach in our vette(s).
Oh and the great pics that I could take with the gulf as a backdrop. Well for now that's just a cold winters day dream. Maybe someday...
How bout you? Where would the rubber meet the road for you?

Such a good question. I live in Pa. and although we have no snow here our roads are covered with salt so the vette must stay indoors. I want to take a drive so bad. It wouldnt matter where the drive would be just as long as the T-Tops could be off and I could feel a warm rush of air. Oh well, only a couple of more weeks of this and we will be out here at home. Golf and a nice drive is only a few weeks off!

Without hesitation I would say Mulholland Drive in L.A. A few years ago our family flew out to see my niece, we rented two cars and did the sightseeing thing. One day while everyone else went to the Rose Bowl, I took a car and drove on Mulholland Drive. All I could think about was...."What would this be like if I had the Vette?"

It was one of my all time favorite rides (even though it was in a Mercury Sable
).

If I was filthy rich, I would have the vette sent over to Germany and cruise around the countryside for a few weeks. I miss being over there.

I think I would have to say the UK -- through England, Ireland, Scotland. I've have the pleasure of driving my Camaro through quite a bit of the U.S. already, and I plan on making another trip cross-country in 2008

I second Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur! Loves those curves!
I want to go back to the dragon's tail in Tennessee, just one more time with the same group as before, what a blast, and this time my wife can watch me..
