Hello all,
Sorry for my disappearance life has a way of ruining all the plans that you made. I've finished the restoration and build of my '77, and I finally have a new computer to post pics. I'll have to make a complete list of all the upgrades I've made, but safe to say that the only original part is the engine block.
I went with a 383 stroker build, with a roller cam and GMPP Fast Burn aluminum heads. She's putting out an honest 400hp and 426 ft-lbs of torque on the dyno. I mated it to a Tremec TKO 600 5 speed tranny. A Steeroids rack system points her true, riding on a strengthened and coated frame. All the bolt-ons are powder coated, and urethane bushings all around.
I'll try posting pics, if I screw up, sorry. haha!

Gibble123 - Well done !!! Looks awesome and it's very cool that your boy shared in this build. I'm sure he will remember it the rest of his life and you know he'll want his own Vette when he grows up.

Thanks guys! I had both my bous help in the build. I'll have to upload pics of my oldest installing the Tranny. They helped me with mating the body to the frame, and tuning the carb also. Gotta teach them right!

Nice job! I'm loving those wheels, too.

I gotta know. What brand and size on your wheels and tires? I think I might want to put 'em on my '69.
