Yeah, I have the original sticker, but it only shows the paint as classic white. That's why I was wondering if it was a pedigree or not. Maybe if I call the dealer they can give me some info..... if their still around.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

Wow! That is TOO COOL. I was only 9 in 76, but I do recall seeing Vettes like this.
I agree, it's a shame you have to sell it. With some work, I would love to see a car like that at a show, and I'll bet it would do very well.
I would think that with all of the documentation you've got, as well as original parts (does the car have "matching numbers" engine, tranny, etc?), you should be able to get your asking price or higher, assuming everything's in good running condition. You might do better to look at selling to a Corvette Dealer since they will be able to reach a larger audience and find someone who might be willing to pay bigger bucks for a car like this.
If it were me, I'd contact a few of them and say I was looking for a Bicentential car and ask what it would cost if they could find one. Try ProTeam in OH, American Sportscar Center in Atlanta, Corvette Mike (East, Midwest or California) or others.
I may be wrong, but knowing how people can be when they are trying to find "just that certain car," I think you may have a gold mine there.
Anyone else out there know of any resources he might check to see what this is really worth (assuming it's an original Bicentennial car)? Would The Millers of Carlisle fame, NCRS or Mike Yeager with MAM be of any assistance? What about NCM? Maybe they'd be interested in acquiring? I just really think this car could be a great find. if I had the money, I might pony it up myself!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
