Vette(s): 1982 Black, ZZ4, Hooker Side Pipes, 3.55 Rear, Rebuilt & upgraded 700R4, All new suspension, brakes, & new Charcoal interior.
You don't have to reset the regulator, it will run just fine as is. It's the volumn that the 85 pump puts out that helps you not the higher PSI. If you're going to mod the TB's and port the intake then you can up the PSI a little, but if your's will be stock then just change the pump and you're good to go. Get the Delco '85 pump kit, comes with the sock & etc.

Vette(s): 1982CE,32,000 and counting. (fast!!) 1981 Vette, black on black. ZZ4 (quick!!)
But isn't there some kind of wireing that needs to be done at the fuek pump? Seems like I read that awhile back. I've done a search and turned up some info but not what I'm looking for. I found nothing about the wireing and I know I read that before

Unplug old one & plug in new one, that simple. The connector is at the pump.
