Vette(s): Looking to purchase a '69 vette. Prefer automatic 427/430HP
I'm thinking about donating to the municipal police departments "100 Club" and attaching the sticker to my back window.  In competition will judges take off for this?

Depends on the size, as far as NCRS judging goes. If it's not too large/obnoxious, there won't be any issues with it.
