I came here a little over 2 years ago after buying an 1980 vette. I knew nothing about them and everyday realize how little I still know. Just before last years hurricanes I started tearing the interior out and one thing led to another and here is what I accomplished between dodging storms and cutting trees out of the yard. Roof still isn't done as the insurance company went under. State will make good but now I have to deal with the mortgage company who wants documentation from the insurance company. Anyway just wanted to say thanks as none of this would have happened without the answers to both mine and others questions. Car still has issues but I think I will just drive and enjoy for a while.

Window switches, new leather seats, repaired dash cluster, new carpet, new steering wheel, rebuilt calipers stainless sleeved, new brakes, replaced radio, new speakers, new a/c heater control, repaired vacuum system, repaired console, new shifter button and knob, new weather stripping, added  power antenna, new horn button and insignia, rebuilt headlight actuators, replaced headlamp relays. Repaired door locks, replaced all dash bulbs, new a/c vents. And a host of small parts I can’t remember.
