I have two Keisler products, their TKO 500 and their RS 400. Both are outstanding and do just what they say they will do so I ordered another RS 400 and here is where the story starts. Original shipping estimate was 4-6 weeks, then it nearly doubled, then after discussions with Mr. Keisler, it was shortened a bit but that ship date did not happen. Salesman would not return calls, delay after delay, parts issues, unit failed the bench test and now with the engine out of the car waiting for the new transmission, no idea when my transmission will arrive. Just about ready to put it all back together and stop the order. Seems almost like if I want it real bad, that is the way I will get it. Anyone else having having support/truth issues with Keisler Engineering?

I've heard good and bad about Keisler over time (the Mopar guys hate Keisler with a passion). My only dealings with them was positive though I ended up not buying from them.
About six years ago I talked to them at Corvettes at Carlisle about one of their 5-speeds I was interested in for my '69. The rep was great, they had a show special going on and I put a deposit down on a unit, with a six week delivery time.
As it turns out, before it could be delivered I unexpectedly ended in the hospital for nearly a week, and not knowing how bad the medical bills would be I contacted Keisler to cancel the order. They could not have been better...they cancelled the order and refunded my non-refundable deposit which I wasn't expecting.
While I never received the product, I can say my dealing with Keisler was very positive. I have no reason to say otherwise.
