As a machinist for the past 23 years and now working in engineering, I've made a decision that I'm going to put lambo doors on my vette. I have a mill and other machines in my garage plus access to 17 CNC's at work.
Does anybody no where I can get info (hopefully for free)
with good picture or even prints for the components for a lambo door swing? I'll then redesign it to work on my car I dont want to re-invent the wheel but I do want this to be totally custom, using my already shaved doors.

theres actually quite a few companies out there that offer labo-style door swing kits. the main place you see this is in the import/tuner market. heres what i found:

Hey that airplane has lambo wings
lambo on a c3 is criminal. Looky what I've already done to my c3. lambo would just be commiting another crime to a long list.

I just came from the garage..... I dont know if lambo doors will work too well. The V in the front of the door makes it difficult to hinge that direction without getting caught. It's almost like the door would have to pop out about 1/2" then hinge up. I dunno, I'll stare at it a few days, then decide. I may just be blowing smoke.
Has anybody ever seen lambo on a C3?

Hmmm....last night I had kinda thrown this idea away. But now I have new interest in it again. Thanks for the link.
I'm still concerned about the cutting where the window area meet the rear part of the body.
