So I am about 2 body mounts from separation and am in the process of building my car dollie.  The pattern is the one for C3's based on a 69.  So I compared the stats on length width etc and so far the only diff is the 75 is 3" longer so I added that to the nose end of the dollie.  My question is, how do you know if the other dimensions will work for the mounts that you want to connect to the dollie?  There is no way to measure them maybe some of you don't bother with this and just set it on the 4x4's give me some thoughts I will hopefully finish the dollie today.  Pretty sure I didn't see anything that would help me in the assembly manual

body mounts are out, windshield is out, birdcage has some small holes but looks repairable (whew)and now we are ready for liftoff.  Only used a couple dozen bandaids so far.

(Adam Wartell added the pic below. I think this is the one you were trying to add:)

thanks Johnu

now have transmission out and bell housing off.  Had good look at clutch and yes it needs work but I expected that so far everything is matching numbers and it has been 40 years after all.

You might try using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.  I have no problem posting links and photos with it, and it is a better internet browser.

Oooooh!!!! Yor car is NEKK-ID!!!! Embarrassed

LOL
You're gunna have sooooo much fun putting the suspension back together with no body/engine/trans on the frame.....NOT! While it certainly makes getting to everything much easier, when it comes time to re-install the springs, front and rear....that's where the fun will begin! LOL
