Locked Out

My 79 the door latch broke, locked. I was able to open the window, but was unable to free the latch. I removed the T top, the left front seat, then the door pannel. I was able to unlatch from inside the door. I replaced the door latch and have not had that problem again.

Sometimes we just gotta jump thru hoops for these cars. But we keep going back for more abuse!
Ah well, all is forgiven when it's put back together and down the road ya go.
 
P.S.   The carb. looks like an easy fix (should I have said that?) A new piece if linkage for the accelarator pump is on the way.

Just an idea, if the passenger side works good, maybe put the driver's side to the wall, (next time) just a thought.
