Get better soon! My advice is to lawyer Up! I have only had to deal with that three times so far and twice I wasn't even driving. Whats a good way to put this...they will try to wait you out, or how about this, the first one to blink loses. If your hurt and sounds like you are go to the doctor, chiropracter, physical therapy and keep going until you feel right. Get your car back, it's still your's, god knows what can happen to it while it's sitting in a yard somewhere. Do not use their recomended shops for the repair, I would ask for their list of repair shops so you don't go to one accidentally. Do your homework on diminished value, even if they say they can fix it since it's been wrecked it will never be right and you are entitled to the difference in vlaue. Oh yeah the insurance company might forget to mention this to you. I could go on and on but the truth is they're a business and paying out settlements affects their bottom line so keep that in the back of your head when you deal with them.
