My 82CE has 53,000 kilometers, yes the speedometer and th odometer registers in kilometers. I was told of the 6,700 + 82CE's made around 660 were shipped to Canada. I have not confirmed this information though. Bottom line is that (we) as a forum own the best generation of vettes mo matter what you do with them.....right?

Mike
My '73 has 115,000 on the ODO.
I slightly agree with having a low mile car put into the NCM...it would be a great idea. But I'd heard that you have to pay them to display your car in there. And the downside to it is that they are not as closely watched as it would be in your own garage.
I drive my car as often as I can. That's why I bought it. But my Dad had a '66 coupe 427/450HP with 25K original on it. He lives in Orlando and rarely drives that car just because he's afraid of it getting hit or having the paint chipped (over 5K to re-paint). He bought a C-5 to drive around and keeps the '66 as an investment.
With the way that classic muscle cars have increased in value over the past few years, I don't blame anyone for not driving their low mile, pristine car.
