I had bought a set of moonroof T-tops and I just put them on the other day and they were tight. I noticed it was a little lower on the top back inner corners and had alot of shims on the inside center mounts, it doesn't look proper. The shims are three bolts and the inner two brackets are only two bolt on each. There must be a proper shim between bracket and bolts. Does one know what I am looking for and where to find them,  Thanks ZAPPAREX

Not really sure what it is you need, but the only shims I can find are for later cars('78>) I know the earlier cars have shims on the tops, but dang iffin I can find anyone that has them....

I hadn't noticed anything specifically designed to accommodate that, but I noticed when switching T-Tops around that they don't usually fit very well, might take some "do-it-yourself" engineering. I'll stare at mine for awhile and see if I can imagine anything, but let us know what you come up with. It's a common problem.

Adams' Apple, Thanks for replying. The shims that are on there look the same to what you have on your reply.

Hello aceinthehole, Your idea might be the way to go. I think I am going to get some steel and make my own shim and check into getting them chromed.  Thanks ZAPPAREX
